Michelle Monje, MD, PhD, is a neuro-oncologist at Stanford Medicine, and Director of the Monje Lab.The scope of her research program focuses at the intersection of neuroscience and brain cancer biology on neuron-glial interactions in healthy cognition, brain cancer and the neurological consequences of cancer therapy-associated cognitive impairment. The regulation of normal and malignant glial cells by neuronal activity is an area of particular emphasis.
