The National Cancer Institute’s Center for Cancer Research, Neuro-Oncology Branch, NCI-CONNECT (Comprehensive Oncology Network Evaluating Rare CNS Tumors) program is hosting a Survivorship Care in Neuro-Oncology Symposium for neuro-oncology health care providers, researchers, patient advocates, patients and care partners to discuss the challenges experienced by persons living with central nervous system tumors and their care partners. The symposium goals include developing survivorship care guidelines for the medical community and a research agenda focused on gaps in CNS tumor survivorship care.

Survey 
Your opinion in advance of the symposium on survivorship care, research, and education in neuro-oncology is very important to NCI’s mission to improve patient outcomes and to inform the symposium agenda.
